Age Requirements

ALL clients must have proper picture ID

Clients 18yrs of age or older must have at least one of the following:
Valid Drivers License
Valid State ID
Valid Passport

Clients under 18yrs of age must:
Have their parent or legal guardian with them.
The Parent of a minor must have a valid Drivers License or valid State ID or valid Passport.
In addition, the Parent must have the same last name as the minor,
   or show legal documentation naming them as the parent(ie birth certificate),
   or show legal documentation explaining why the last name is different from the minor.
The Legal Guardian must have paperwork naming them as the legal guardian of the minor.
   A sibling or blood relative is not a legal guardian without the legal paperwork.

In addition, the Minor must have proper picture ID.
This can be in the form of one of the following:
Valid Drivers License
Valid State ID
Valid Passport
or
One of the following combinations can suffice for ID:
School ID Card & Birth Certificate
School Year Book & Birth Certificate

The following is what we will do on minors and the age requirements:
Tattoos - 16 & up
Navel Piercings - 14 & up
Tongue and Labret Piercings - 16 & up
Other Piercings Above the Neck - 14 & up
